QAQC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Field Inspection: Conduct inspection of piping, vessels, and welding activities.
  

• Compliance Monitoring: Verify adherence to project specifications, codes, and QA/QC procedures.
  

• Materials & Welding Checks: Inspect welding consumables, procedures, and test results.
  

• Reporting: Submit inspection reports and assist in QA/QC documentation.
  

• Coordination: Work with supervisors and contractors to resolve inspection issues.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  

• Mandatory Certifications: API 510, API 570, CSWIP 3.1/3.2.
  

• Minimum 5–7 years QA/QC inspection experience, with offshore exposure preferred.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of inspection standards and welding codes.
  

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  

• Proficiency in NDT methods and inspection tools.
  

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
