Quality Inspection Admin

Job Overview:

The Quality Inspection Admin has established Quality skills to perform various day-to-day activities related to the administration of the quality department. They can provide support to their team with a limited degree of supervision. 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assemble detailed information gathered from research or file and prepare the information in a suitable format for the supervisor's review
• Compile periodic reports based on general instructions
• Establish, maintain, and revise the supervisor's or department’s files as necessary  
• Maintain and order office supplies and stationeries
• Maintain qualification registers (CV, certificates, organization chart, etc.)
• Maintain MT&E registers and calibrations register
• Assist with onboarding of new employees
• Assist in preparation and issuance of client weekly, Monthly Quality Management report (QMR) and quarterly MOM/ reports
• Update the Audit/NCR/CAR log in a timely manner
• Assist in the administration of the vendor inspection process through the assigned coordinator
• Assist vendor inspection coordinators and vendor inspectors on inspection requirements

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication and technical skills
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques
