Rigging Supervisor

• Supervise all rigging and lifting activities at site in compliance with QatarEnergy and international safety standards.
  

• Review lifting plans and ensure all lifting operations are properly risk assessed and authorized.
  

• Coordinate with engineers, HSE teams, and crane operators for safe execution of lifting jobs.
  

• Inspect rigging tools and lifting equipment, ensuring valid certification and readiness.
  

• Lead the rigging team and ensure safe work practices are implemented and followed.
  

• Report incidents, near-misses, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in rigging and lifting supervision within the Oil & Gas sector.
  

• Must have valid TUV/Third-party certification for rigging supervision.
  

• Familiar with QatarEnergy standards and procedures (preferred).
  

• Strong knowledge of lifting plans, load charts, and rigging hardware.
  

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
