Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell salon services, beauty treatments, and retail products.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.


• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.


• Recommend suitable beauty services and products based on clients' needs.


• Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business.


• Work closely with the salon team to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales within the beauty industry is mandatory.


• Proven experience selling beauty services and beauty products.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.


• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
