Service Advisor - Premium Automotive Brand

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join a premium automotive brand in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have certified experience with premium automotive brands and fluency in Arabic. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of repairs and services.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Prepare service orders and cost estimates.
• Maintain customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
• Promote additional services to optimize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Certification with a premium automotive brand (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.).
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking and writing).
• Proven experience in automotive service advisory roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and attention to detail.
