Job Description - SGW Supervisor PM

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee PM activities for pumps, blowers, valves, and SGW treatment equipment
  • Supervise a team of technicians/operators on shift, assigning tasks and monitoring completion
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment faults and initiate corrective actions
  • Maintain PM logs, checklists, and maintenance records for audit/compliance purposes
  • Ensure adherence to HSE standards during all maintenance activities
  • Liaise with client engineers/operations team on plant status and maintenance updates
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement needs with the maintenance team


    • Requirements

  • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in STP/WWTP maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Familiarity with SGW systems, pumps, and treatment plant equipment
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred
  • Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills
