Site Nurse

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site
Nurse provide on-site medical support, first aid, and occupational
health assistance to employees. The candidate will be responsible for attending
to workplace injuries and illnesses, maintaining medical records, supporting
emergency response activities, and ensuring compliance with site health and
safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
  first aid and immediate medical assistance for workplace injuries and
  illnesses.
  
• Assess
  employees’ health conditions and refer them to hospitals or clinics when
  required.
  
• Maintain
  accurate medical, treatment, and incident records.
  
• Monitor
  and maintain first-aid supplies, medicines, and medical equipment.
  
• Support
  emergency response procedures and coordinate ambulance or hospital
  referrals when necessary.
  
• Conduct
  basic health checks and monitor employees with minor medical conditions.
  
• Assist
  with health awareness, hygiene, and occupational health initiatives.
  
• Coordinate
  with the HSE team regarding medical incidents and workplace health
  concerns.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with company procedures and applicable health and safety
  requirements.
  
• Maintain
  confidentiality of employee medical information.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma
  or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  
• Valid
  nursing license/registration.
  
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in
  construction, industrial, oil & gas, or site environments.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and occupational health
  practices.
  
• Valid BLS/First
  Aid certification preferred.
  
• Good
  communication and documentation skills.
  
• Able
  to work independently in a site environment.
  
• Must
  be available to join as per project requirements.
