Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  
• Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional posts for property listings and corporate branding.
  
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
  
• Execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  
• Optimize website content and implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
  
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce marketing materials.
  
• Support branding initiatives, property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  
• Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
  
• Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
  
• Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing within the real estate industry (mandatory).
  
• Preferred nationality: Indian.
  
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar content creation software.
  
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
