The Store Clerk supports store and warehouse operations by assisting in receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials, tools, and equipment. The role ensures accurate documentation, proper material handling, and smooth coordination with site and store teams.
Assist in receiving and checking materials against delivery notes and purchase orders.
Record material entries, issues, and returns accurately in store registers or systems.
Support proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
Assist in issuing materials to site teams as per approved requests.
Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and basic inventory records.
Report material shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Storekeeper.
Support periodic stock checks and physical inventory counts.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
Coordinate with site, procurement, and QA/QC teams as required.
High School Certificate / ITI / Diploma (stores or logistics background preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Store Clerk or in warehouse/store support roles.
Basic knowledge of store procedures and material handling.
Familiarity with stock registers, bin cards, and documentation.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel or inventory systems).
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
GCC project experience is an advantage.
