Job Summary

A reputed home care healthcare company in Qatar is seeking qualified and experienced Patient Care Assistants (PCA) to provide caregiving support and assistance to patients in a home care setting.

Key Responsibilities

  Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.

  Support patient mobility and comfort.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare team.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain patient hygiene and a safe care environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow individual care plans and established care procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

  
  

Candidate Requirements

• 
  

  Caregiving certificate/diploma or eligible medical diploma.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of relevant caregiving experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Conversational English communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to provide compassionate and patient-focused care.

  
  

Licensing Requirements: Nursing license, DataFlow, and Prometric are not required for this PCA position, as specified in the recruitment criteria.
