Job Description - HR Intern

We are looking for HR Interns who will work closely with the HR team on various projects and tasks, allowing them to develop a comprehensive understanding of HR functions within a professional environment. The HR Intern will be responsible for addressing any employee -related issues and managing the social media platforms that shall align the business objectives of the company with employees and the designated stakeholders/clients to achieve a comprehensive organizational vision and mission.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to HRBP in preparing Job Advertisements and posting the same on all social media platforms.

• Responding to comments/messages of Job Advertisements.

• Organizing CVs according to the required designation.

• Assisting HRBP in contacting candidates via phone, in -person & on -site.

• Assisting HRBP with post -hiring procedures and communicating the processes and developments with the hired candidates.

• Coordinate with the Administration department when and ever necessary to facilitate the employee.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Management Studies / Humanities / Social Sciences / Others preferred

Experience:

Should have basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures
