Founded in Cluj‑Napoca, Travelminit is one of the largest players on the Romanian online travel market since 2017. The Travelminit portfolio includes 10.000 accommodation units (hotels, guesthouses, apartments) in Romania, covering a wide range of stays across the country (seaside, mountains, spa destinations, and major cities). Since 2020, Travelminit has been part of Szallas Group, which owns 12 hotel platforms in Central and Eastern Europe (Romania, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia). In 2022, Szallas Group (including Travelminit) was acquired by Wirtualna Polska Holding, one of the leading e‑commerce and media companies in Poland, publicly listed and headquartered in Warsaw.
