Job Description - Appearance Quality Control Supervisor

Role Description:

The Appearance Quality Control Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Appearance Monitoring team, ensuring smooth workflows, compliance with product standards, and continuous improvement in efficiency. This role supports team performance, operational coordination, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervises and coordinates the monitoring and reporting of employees' appearance.
Supports the Team Leader in renewing files, formulas, and periodically updating schedules and rotations.
Constantly monitors the quantity and quality of reports provided by the team to employees.
Requests information regarding new studio launches, studio migrations, and updates to table names in portals.
Provides guidance and training to ensure that team members are competent in their roles.
Supports the Team Leader in evaluating team performance through constant supervision of team activities.
Supervises and checks the completion of tasks performed by the Appearance Monitoring Specialists during their work schedule.
Communicates on behalf of the team through the company’s communication channels.
Responds promptly to any requests received through the company’s communication channels during working hours.
Performs additional tasks within the allocated working time.
Maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with both the Stylist and Uniform teams.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced English skills.
At least an intermediate level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience in quality control or monitoring.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactive mindset, accountability, and a solution-oriented approach.
Availability to work weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
