Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Billing Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, generating, and sending customer bills for monthly services using an automated, high-volume billing system. You will ensure the system is operated and maintained to efficiently produce accurate bills, prepare periodic billing summary reports and financial statements, and maintain and analyze account records.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• Language Skills: French language level B2/C1, English level B2
• Experience in a billing or accounting department.
• Ability to prioritize work within the team 
• Strong attention to detail, rigorous
• Good knowledge of the office pack, Excel, GSuite, ERPs, 
• Fluency in the client internet portal 
• Knowledge of accounting

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Performs routine billing and month end close work from all Iron Mountain systems
• Ensure completeness of monthly billing.
• Ensure that billing processes and internal audit standards are followed
• Ensure the application of billing processes and internal audit standards (Sox)
• Identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions.
