Business Analyst (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Business Analyst that will be responsible for supporting DSV GBS by identifying, designing, and delivering automation, analytics, and digital solutions across various business areas.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify optimization, standardization, automation, or elimination opportunities, supported by data and measurable impact.


• Own automation and digital solution recommendations, including expected benefits, risks, and alternative approaches.


• Elicit, structure, and validate business requirements in close cooperation with Business Process Owners, ensuring development-ready documentation (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).


• Act as a trusted advisor to business units by proactively identifying improvement opportunities and guiding stakeholders toward suitable automation, analytics, or AI solutions.


• Evaluate and apply emerging automation, data, and AI technologies to real business problems in alignment with architectural and security standards.


• Serve as the primary bridge between business and development teams, supporting delivery from analysis through UAT and go-live.


• Support post‑implementation value tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Automation Analyst or equivalent).


• Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes, including creating clear visual process maps (e.g. BPMN, As Is / To Be).


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.


• Proven ability to gather, structure, and validate business requirements and translate them into clear, development ready documentation.


• Ability to understand business needs and challenge them constructively to propose feasible and valuable solutions.


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in IT, logistics, business, or a related field.


• Fluent English, both spoken and written (advanced level).
