We’re now recruiting for the role of Content Editor for our PIM (Product Information Management) department who will be fully office -based in Timisoara, Romania.
Content editors prepare, update, proofread, and publish content that’s used on Newpharma’s websites. This job involves tasks such as editing content, photo manipulation, uploading banners & videos. Content editors need to have great communication skills, as well as be skilled at using computers and have an eye for detail.
Main tasks:
- Check spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and Newpharma’s Style Guide Agreement; copy/edit the provided information (from PDFs/Websites/Excel sheets) to a high standard as directed by the task assignee
- Remove inaccuracies in grammar, improve readability by altering the structure and style according to Newpharma’s Style Guide Agreement
- Resolve proactively any issue that appears in the assigned task with help from your Assignee and/or Team Leader
- Upload and verify each project/task on Newpharma’s website
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is a must
- Previous working experience with MS Office
- Ability to edit complex info materials into logical and comprehensible language
- Super organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in a deadline -driven work environment
- A proactive attitude – someone who likes to take initiative, not just wait for instructions
- A naturally social and friendly person who enjoys speaking and interacting with others
