About the position:

Join us for a hybrid role focused on customer interaction. This
opportunity requires advanced proficiency in German and English, offering a dynamic
environment for individuals passionate about providing excellent service and contributing to
customer satisfaction.

Additional information:

Full-time, permanent contract.
Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00 for 1 week.
Meal vouchers: 25 RON per worked day, loaded monthly onto a Pluxee Card.
Additional earnings available through cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
Performance bonuses are based on CSAT and service quality KPIs.
Weekend/overtime coverage is rare and carries a 25% premium.
Multiple start dates available.

Requirements:

Advanced/C1–C2 level in spoken and written German.
Minimum B2 level in English for internal communication.
Strong communication and active-listening skills.
Good computer literacy and MS Office knowledge.
Proactive, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to commute to the District 4 office 3 days per week.
Full-time availability.
Customer service experience or ability to handle phone, email, and live-chat interactions.
Experience with CRM usage and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Ability to work effectively with internal teams and escalate complex issues.
Comfortable with cross-selling/upselling.
