Role Overview
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and continuously improving the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, operational tooling, and delivery practices that support the iiPay application platform, associated services, and the broader product development ecosystem.
The DevOps Engineer will work closely with Product Development, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Support, and Infrastructure teams across Vistra to ensure the iiPay platform can be delivered, operated, and scaled effectively. The role focuses on improving delivery automation, platform reliability, monitoring, operational readiness, and deployment safety while supporting the company's product and business objectives.
The successful candidate will understand not only how solutions are implemented, but why they are being delivered, ensuring DevOps initiatives support broader goals such as scalability, stability, efficiency, client satisfaction, and commercial growth.
The DevOps Engineer will play a key role in delivering our vision: To deliver an innovative, state-of-the-art workflow-driven global payroll solution that ensures accurate and timely payroll for clients and employees while remaining intuitive, easy to implement, and easy to operate.
