Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, onboarding programs, and learning resources for internal teams and customers
Assess business processes, identify skill requirements, and translate workflows into structured learning paths that support user adoption, role-based training, and organizational change initiatives
Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to align adoption strategies with user readiness, customer needs, and market maturity.
Create engaging enablement resources such as guides, FAQ, knowledge articles, walkthroughs, and training scripts.
Execute the Salesforce Training Program and Digital Adoption Roadmap to drive consistent engagement and proficiency across user groups
Contribute to solution design and testing activities by validating digital experiences from an adoption, training, and usability perspective
Lead communications related to new releases, enhancements, and digital initiatives, ensuring readiness and alignment across teams.
Build and manage a network of key users and champions to promote best practices, encourage knowledge sharing, and gather actionable field feedback.

Experience in digital adoption, sales enablement, customer onboarding, or sales/service operations.
Strong understanding of CRM and eCommerce user journeys, including common adoption challenges and best practices.
Ability to create engaging training materials and facilitate enablement sessions that drive behavioral change and user adoption.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while continuously learning and adapting to new technologies, processes, and business needs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Training and Development, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training and enablement programs for Salesforce or similar business application platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
Salesforce Administrator certification and/or Salesforce training experience.
Experience with digital adoption platforms and learning management systems.
Advanced proficiency in next gen presentation tools or other content creation tools.
