Role Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Product Adoption & Enablement to redefine how enablement works in a modern, product‑led organization.

This is not a traditional training or documentation role. You will own the strategy and execution of a scalable, AI‑assisted enablement ecosystem that enables practitioners, partners, and customers to adopt our platform faster, deeper, and more consistently.

You will operate at the intersection of product, AI, and real‑world delivery, shaping how enablement drives adoption at scale.

What You’ll Own

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end enablement strategy for platform capabilities and releases


• Design scalable adoption models for internal practitioners, partners, GSIs, customers, and Centers of Excellence


• Create role‑based learning journeys, enablement waves, and activation models


• Establish clear adoption metrics and continuous feedback loops

AI‑Assisted Enablement (Dex at the Core)

• Lead the shift from static enablement to AI‑first, Dex‑powered learning


• Define Dex as the primary interface to platform knowledge


• Set standards for AI‑assisted learning, prompting frameworks, discovery, and troubleshooting


• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve AI knowledge quality and usage

Documentation & Knowledge Architecture

• Own the structure, quality, and lifecycle of enablement content


• Ensure documentation is curated, role‑based, and continuously updated


• Oversee product documentation, academy content, learning paths, use cases, and labs


• Drive consistency across all enablement channels

Enablement Frameworks & Curricula

• Design frameworks supporting partner enablement, certifications, and practitioner growth


• Define learning standards, content taxonomy, certification paths, and governance


• Build reusable, scalable enablement assets

What We’re Looking For

• Experience scaling technical enablement programs in product environments


• Strong understanding of GenAI / LLM‑powered learning systems


• Experience managing technical documentation ecosystems


• Solid technical foundation in enterprise platforms, APIs, and workflows


• Ability to translate strategy into scalable execution
