Esports Content Producer

Responsibilities:
- Concept, Pitch, and Create compelling stories from scripting through post.
- Conduct interviews with esports personalities to turn into teases and features.
- Establish vision for field shoots.
- Work with editors to ensure story vision is reflected through edit.
- Facilitate story meetings, read throughs, rehearsals
- Exercise quality control of all aspects of production, video, sound, graphics, observing, and music
- Craft comprehensive production plans for our Esports tournaments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring our creative visions to life, including art direction, event organization, and video production from idea generating to content execution
- Fine-tune our content strategy to maximize engagement across social media platforms.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in video production.
Language: Fluent in English
A deep love for gaming and a burning desire to push boundaries and innovate in the industry
Sharp analytical mind, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear, effective communication skills
