You contribute to service execution, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and actively manage risk during all stages of service delivery. Depending on your role and experience, you may lead crews, operate and maintain equipment, supervise wellsite activities, or act as the primary technical and operational representative on site.\n\nResponsibilities \n\u2022 Ensure job deliverables are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time \n\u2022 Execute and support safe and effective service delivery at the wellsite \n\u2022 Participate in job planning, risk assessments, and operational execution \n\u2022 Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities \n\u2022 Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to promote products and services \n\u2022 Ensure company, client, and regulatory compliance through CAT implementation, self assessments, and wellsite inspections \n\u2022 Participate in Service Quality Meetings and support performance improvement action plans \n\u2022 Actively contribute to HSE and Quality initiatives \n\u2022 Wear required PPE and consistently observe HSE policies and procedures \n\u2022 Maintain all mandatory safety, technical, and role specific certifications and training\n\nQualifications\n\n * Relevant experience in the Energy Industry (Oil \u0026 Gas, Energy Services, or related sectors)\n * Proven experience in field operations, wellsite activities, equipment operation, or field supervision\n * Good verbal and written communication skills\n * Fluency in spoken and written English\n * Strong problem\u2011solving skills with the ability to apply logic in dynamic environments\n * Personal commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence\n * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team\u2011based, safety\u2011critical environments\n * Evidence of leadership, ownership, and accountability appropriate to experience level\n\n\n\nWhat we offer\n\n * Challenging and rewarding field\u2011based work in a dynamic operating environment\n * Exposure to industry\u2011leading technology and services\n * Continuous learning through on\u2011the\u2011job experience and structured training\n * Opportunities for career progression across roles, locations, and business lines\n * A strong safety\u2011first culture and supportive team environment\n\n\n\nSLB is an equal opportunity employer.
