Financial Controlling

Are you a curious and analytical thinker who wants to grow into the financial area of business analysis? We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured professional who wants to develop skills in reporting, budgeting and financial performance tracking.

What you will do

• Support financial reporting activities and recurring analysis.
• Contribute to P&L construction and financial performance tracking.
• Prepare budget follow-up reports, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Handle both recurring reports and ad hoc business requests.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand financial needs and provide insights.

• Develop the annual budget for your area of ​​responsibility, and lead the budgeting process, in collaboration with the stakeholder.

What we are looking for

•  Background in Business Analysis with hands-on experience in financial processes (reporting, budgeting or cost tracking), with interest in further developing into a finance-focused role.
• Ability to structure data and translate it into clear insights.
• Client oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills and proactive attitude.

• Available to travel locally.

Technical skills

• Advanced Excel.

• Working with ERP and BI tools (SAP, TM1 or similar tools for costs or budgeting tracking, forecasting, reporting) for financial data
