At P&G Bucharest we are organizing an office event on Tuesday, July 21st 2026, where you can quickly advance and get through your final interviews in just 1 day for a role in our Brand & Consumer Care Team for a full-time or a part-time role!

Why join our event? We've designed this event to fast-track the recruiting process, getting you answers and moving forward with a decision in max 48 hours from your final interview.

On top, no specific previous experience is required to qualify as applicant! What you need to do to qualify for the day is to apply, pass the online assessments, first interview and language assessment by July 10th!

We are looking for our next colleagues for any of the following roles:

• Brand & Consumer Junior Advisor with German (full-time or part-time)
• Junior Consumer Relations Specialist with English (full-time or part-time)

What will you do in this type of role:

✅ Support Consumer Care: Engage with consumers to understand their concerns and provide empathetic responses. Manage inquiries efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions.

✅ Document & Improve: Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey.
✅ Data Management: Help document interactions and resolutions accurately in line with stewardship guidelines.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to improve processes and consumer experience.
✅ Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to develop communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Qualifications

How does our ideal candidate look like?

• Minimum 2nd year of studies in Bachelors’ Degree, Master students or graduates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German language are required (for the role with German language only).
• Passion for consumer care and a genuine desire to help.
• Team-oriented mindset with self-motivation.

• Competitive Pay: starting salary from 9200 RON gross/month for full-time roles (prorated for part-time options starting from min 50%). Our salaries include a 13th salary + vacation bonus (prorated).

• Assessment: You will be invited to complete our standard online assessment.
• Screening: Upon successfully passing the online assessments, our team will review your application and contact you if shortlisted.
• Interview & Language assessment:
• Pre-event you will have to pass one interview (60 mins).
• For the role with English the language assessment (30 mins) will take place during the event
• For the role with German the language assessment (30 mins) will take place pre-event.

Interviews & Event Day

• Join us in the office for in-person panel interview.
• Get an insight into our working environment and culture while visiting our Bucharest office.
• Get in touch with our organizational Leaders.
• Expect a response by the end of the day or, at the latest, by noon the following day.

Offer & Onboarding: Successful candidates will receive an offer and join our onboarding program.

A clear agenda will be shared with the eligible participants closer to the event.
