In this 2 years of program you will be able to move in 4 engineering areas (like Process, Test, Product, Quality). Doing so will provide you with the opportunity to gain an understanding of the selected placement areas, as you are embedded within the selected functions, while also stretching you out of your comfort zone and immersing yourself in a world of creativity and innovation.

Throughout the program you will be mentored and supported by some of the most talented people in their fields, individuals who are deeply passionate about rolling up their sleeves and working on technologies and innovations that are changing our world.

About you

Although there are no specific academic requirements for particular disciplines, we do expect any Graduate to have a strong academic record. We look forward to welcoming your fresh perspective to our Global business and functions and to ultimately helping you realize your full potential.
