Job Description: Heavy Truck & Trailer Driver

Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Heavy Truck & Trailer Drivers to operate heavy vehicles for infrastructure and logistics operations in Romania. The ideal candidate should have a valid C+E driving license, proven heavy vehicle driving experience, and the ability to work in an international environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate heavy trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
  
• Transport materials and goods as per project requirements.
  
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company procedures.
  
• Maintain proper documentation related to transportation activities.
  
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
  
• Perform loading and unloading duties when required.
  
• Ensure safe handling of equipment and cargo during transportation.
  

Working Conditions

• Working hours: 8 hours per day.
  
• Working days: 6 days per week.
  
• Work environment: Outdoor operations.

Additional Requirement

Upon arrival in Romania, candidates are required to complete professional driver training and obtain CODE 95 certification.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (C+E).
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Heavy Truck & Trailer Driver.
  
• Minimum qualification: High School.
  
• Age requirement: 25–45 years.
  
• Male candidates only.
  
• Passport validity minimum 2 years.
  
• Driving license validity minimum 2 years.
  
• Willingness to work across EU countries as required.
  
• Ability to communicate in English (minimum IELTS Band 4.5 level).
  
• Must successfully complete driving assessment after arrival.
  

Benefits

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Salary: EUR 2,000 – 3,000 per month.
  
• Net Salary: EUR 1,600 – 2,700 per month.
  
• Salary progression:
  • Training period: EUR 30 per day (first two weeks).
    
  • First 16 weeks: EUR 1,600 net/month.
    
  • Next 16 weeks: EUR 2,400 net/month.
    
  • Following 16 weeks: EUR 2,700 net/month.
    
• Accommodation provided (deduction applicable: EUR 7–10 per day).
