Your Mission  

Ensure the efficient and accurate management of the shipping and delivery process, in compliance with customer requirements, internal procedures, and legal regulations, contributing to on-time performance and overall logistics optimization. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

• 
  

  Executes and ensures the transport booking process: timely truck loading, processing customer ASNs, ensuring packaging accuracy in accordance with customer requirements and internal procedures, preparing and verifying transport documentation (CMR, Delivery Note, Packing List, Dispatch Note, Commercial Invoice), accurate and timely data entry in the ERP system, resolving and reporting discrepancies (quantities, documents, deadlines).

  Monitors truck loading capacity and proposes improvement actions. 

  
  

• 
  

  Respects the time windows established for loading/deliveries. 

  
  

• 
  

  Monitors and optimizes the occupancy of loading docks. 

  
  

• 
  

  Enters data and documents into customer and third-party (B2B) portals, including packaging-related information. 

  
  

• 
  

  Ensures timely declaration of deliveries in the UIT system, in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. 

  
  

• 
  

  Coordinates with factory teams to prioritize special orders or emergency situations (e.g., backlog / complaints). 

  
  

• 
  

  Prepares and submits monthly/weekly performance indicator reports. 

  
  

• 
  

  Participates in interdepartmental meetings and contributes to defining corrective actions when necessary. 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborates with the shipping team for troubleshooting in case of issues arising during the loading/delivery process. 

  
  

• 
  

  Participates in annual inventories. 

  
  

• 
  

  Prepares and updates packing instructions in accordance with customer requirements and internal procedures. 

  
  

 
What You’ll Bring

  Secondary education diploma
