Your Mission  

Starts up and supervises production activities in the plastic injection molding area, in accordance with the Work Instructions. 

Performs mold changes to ensure production continuity in order to meet delivery deadlines. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

• 
  

  Supervises production processes in the plastic injection molding area within the required parameters, in accordance with production standards, ensuring production continuity. 

  
  

• 
  

  Installs molds and sets up/starts production. 

  
  

• 
  

  Uses the necessary documentation for carrying out the production process. 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborates with other company departments in order to optimize production processes. 

  
  

• 
  

  Analyzes part defects and the related corrective actions at the request of operators or auditors. 

  
  

• 
  

  Checks production process parameters at regular intervals and takes appropriate measures in case of non-compliance. 

  
  

• 
  

  Operates tools and equipment (overhead crane) within normal operating parameters; reports any malfunction or defect to the Technical Department. 

  
  

• 
  

  Starts the reference run by performing a self-check on one injection cycle and approves continuation of production. 

  
  

• 
  

  Ensures compliance with quality standards for the products manufactured within their area of responsibility, in accordance with ISO/TS standards. 

  
  

• 
  

  Identifies and reports issues arising within their area of activity and carries out the appropriate corrective actions. 

  
  

What You’ll Bring 

• 
  

  Secondary or higher education with a technical background. 

  
  

• 
  

  Previous experience working in shifts and in a production environment (preferably in the automotive industry). 

  
  

• 
  

  Advanced Romanian language skills – mandatory requirement.
