Could you be the full-time ISR (Integrated Services Readiness) Senior Engineer in Bucharest we’re looking for?

Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your specialized ISR expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, resourceful, and collaborative teammates.

You'll be pivotal in fostering end-to-end accountability at the system level of QCD and Performance, maintaining close cooperation with the Project Manager. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Project Management, RAMS, Design Engineering, System Architecture, etc.), managing the ISR team to deliver high-quality deliverables and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of the production of ISR elements during both tender and project phases, but also the planning, cost, and quality of these elements.

We’ll look to you for:

• Defining and implementing the ISR management Plan


• Ensuring integration and compliance with standards and best practices


• Defining maintenance plans and designing LSA elements


• Obsolescence


• Life Cycle Cost

• Engineering University Degree or equivalent


• At least 1 years of experience in ISR Engineering


• Knowledge of railroad technical reliability and maintainability


• Familiarity with the main ILS Elements applicable to railroad equipment


• Proficiency in English – Mandatory


• Proven communication skills


• Analythical thinking


• Team player
