Your role

The IT Governance Department within IT & Operations functional line is looking for a new member to take over the role of IT Compliance and Risk Management - Expert.

How you will contribute

• Perform thorough reviews and provide expert assessments of third-party and IT risk;


• Use your expertise to engage in and enhance the reporting and monitoring of IT compliance related matters;


• Track and report on the implementation status of IT audit and operational risk measures;


• Act as SPOC for IT -related external audits;


• Use your knowledge of AI tools (prompt-based interactions) in daily activities;


• Foster strong relationship with business, IT and risk functions within the Bank as well as with IT external auditors.

What will help you be successful

• 
  
  
  
  • 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, ideally in the banking & insurance area 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • 3+ years of experience in internal or external IT Audit and/or IT risk management;
  
  
  • CRISC / CISA certification is a plus ;
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of BNR legislation on operational, IT and security risks;
  
  
  • EBA / ECB guidelines on ICT and security risk management;
  
  
  • DORA framework;
  
  
  • IT risk related frameworks and standards (e.g. COBIT, ISO/IEC);
  
  
  • Proven experience in conducting IT and 3rd party risk assessments;
  
  
  • Understanding of data privacy and business continuity principles;
  
  
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver good results under pressure;
  
  
  • Analytical skills, communication skills, able to function effectively when working independently or in a team, as required by the tasks assigned;
  
  
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize the activity;
  
  
  • Knowledge of AI tools and ability to effectively use prompt-based interactions in daily activities;
  
  
  • English language – advanced level;
  
  
  • University degree: technical / economic field.
