POSITION SUMMARY

In this role you will anticipate guest needs with mindful, intuitive service, seamlessly navigating a dynamic environment to transform everyday dining into exceptional, personalized culinary journeys.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet guests


• Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary financial information and protect both company assets and guest privacy


• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance, and communicate using clear, professional language


• Develop positive working relationships, support the team to reach common goals, and occasionally perform physical tasks like lifting or moving objects 


• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures


• Monitor eating area for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests
