Mindray Romania is currently looking to hire a Key Account Sales Manager to closely support the growth of our IVD business.

Main Responsibilities


 



  • Breakthrough to assigned Key Accounts list and brand promotion.

  • Market strategy and business development.

  • Customer and KOL relationship development and maintenance.

  • Channel cooperation.

  • Internal collaboration.


 


Key Requirements



  • IVD Sales Experience – Minimum 8 years in indirect sales, channel management, or distributor partnership management in medical devices or healthcare technology.

  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge – Solid understanding of healthcare markets, procurement processes, and medical device distribution channels.

  • IVD Product Familiarity – Knowledge of In Vitro Diagnostics solutions, or a strong willingness to develop deep product expertise through training.

  • Industry Network – Established connections with mid-to-high-end hospitals or laboratories to support rapid brand entry into target accounts.

  • Native/ Fluent Romanian with very good knowledge of business English

  • Strong analytical and statistical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Dynamic and able to work as part of a team.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Ability to plan and implement activity designed to meet objectives with minimal supervision.

  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
