L3 Intune Support Consultant

We are looking for an experienced L3 Intune Support Consultant to take full administrative ownership of endpoint management and identity services within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment)
• Proven expertise with Windows Autopilot for modern device provisioning and lifecycle management
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication, authorization, and hybrid identity scenarios
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and hybrid identity integrations.
• Ability to provide L3 support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management for Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts and future identity frameworks.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise IT environments with high availability requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with infrastructure, security, and workplace engineering teams.
