Lead Consultant - Advanced Engineering

Cross Border Talents is actively looking for a Lead Consultant - Advanced Engineering, to help our client to look at their client’s problems and opportunities in a proactive manner, creating and incubating solutions led by emerging technologies. Being part of the team you will be responsible of:

• Building a relationship with client business and technology leaders, building a pipeline of problem and opportunity statements.
• Working in the core team in order to maintain the strategic alignment of our client with the client’s strategic objectives.
• Helping bridge the business and technology conversations by laying out the requirements, possibilities and constraints to each other.
• Coordinating the development of PoCs with the help of the delivery anchor.
• Coordinating other innovation activities, such as innovation workshops, campaigns, etc.

As a lead consultant you should ensure that the innovation showcases are maintained and always ready for demonstration. Including:

• Collaborating with CCD, Facilities and other teams to ensure that the Infra/HW/SW are working.
• Collaborating with the content creators to ensure that the showcase codebase is running and is updated always.
• Managing the access to the Showcases for users
• Coordinating with start-ups in order to deploy their showcases, when necessary.
• Validating and testing the showcases.
• Demonstrating select showcases during visits.
• Creating presentations for the visitors.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including an ability to showcase the details of the design, requirements and technology to the client and delivery teams.
• Knowledge on the latest technology trends and the innovative solutions that other customers in the same domain have adopted.
• Hands-on technology
• Ability to understand the customer’s domain and business.
• Technology consulting experience will be a big plus.
• Conduct innovation workshops with the customers to identify their business problems.
• Ability to give demos on various of our client's IPs and solutions to the customer
• Past exposure to agile methodology and development cycles.

• Hands-on technology experience in the areas of AI, IoT, XR, Blockchain
• Ability to understand how technology is used to solve business problems.
• Ability to understand business problems that the technology solutions are designed to solve.
• Administration of Technology (DevOps, Monitoring & Troubleshooting, and scaling.
• Excellent communication skills in English, and Romanian, German skills would be a big plus.
• Any technology / strategy consulting experience would be a plus
• Strong understanding of the Design Thinking.
• Ability to think outside the box, grasp and appreciate other people’s ideas and help nurture them.
