Life Time Supply Project Manager

In order to support the Product Launch Management department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Life Time Supply Project Manager who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Management and coordination of  projects and/or support projects of higher complexity;


• Participate in the development, implementation and optimization of concepts, processes, systems and methods in the area of ​​Life Time Supply


• Transfer series products into the spare parts (LTS) service


• Preparation of project plans / concepts and ensuring compliance (e.g. resource planning, scheduling, cost planning, etc.) in coordination with specialist


• Act as an interface between involved internal / external areas (e.g. key project leader, technical project leader, sub-project leader, customer, suppliers, departments, etc.);


• Develop and clarify technical solutions and production concepts


• Analyze change requests with regard to tools, materials and subsequent processes;


• Analyze and evaluate cost effects in cooperation with Life Time Supply project team

Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical field or business administration


• Between 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position;


• Experience in Project Management as well as technical understanding;


• Project management skills, knowledge of problem-solving techniques, change management and common lean methods (Six Sigma, continuous improvement process, etc.);


• Advanced knowledge of English is a must, German is considered a plus;


• Very good communication skills, conflict management and problem solving abilities.
