For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and
software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and
immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – Live Casino Risk and Fraud Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and support a team of Fraud and Risk Analysts in a dynamic gaming environment;
*Monitor player activity and identify suspicious behavior to protect platform integrity;
*Manage escalated cases and assist the team with complex risk-related decisions;
*Ensure daily operations run smoothly, accurately, and in line with company standards;
*Mentor, train, and motivate team members to achieve strong individual and team performance;
*Contribute to process improvements and help optimize risk and fraud operations.
Candidate Requirements:
*Previous experience in Fraud, Risk, or Integrity operations within the iGaming industry;
*Proven experience leading or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment;
*Strong understanding of Live Casino operations and fraud prevention practices;
*Excellent analytical skills, proficiency with data tools such as Tableau or SQL is a plus;
*Confident English communication skills, both written and spoken;
*Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
