How you will contribute

• Ensure effective management of the arrangement process for syndicated and/or club-type loans;


• Participate in the structuring, documentation, and execution of loans on the capital market, collaborating with banking and non-banking financial institution partners;


• Facilitate transactions on the secondary market of loans on the capital market, including the sale and purchase of loan participations;


• Contribute to structuring financing terms and conditions, participate in negotiations, and develop legal documentation for syndicated and club-type financing. This includes the preparation of indicative financing offers, mandate letters, and information memorandum;


• Collaborate closely with our business departments to identify financing opportunities on capital markets, including but not limited to syndicated and club-type loans;


• Prepare materials for discussions with external and internal clients regarding syndicated and club-type financing;


• Provide advice to relationship managers on club/syndicate loan transactions.

What will help you be successful

•    A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field;
•    Strong knowledge of capital markets and experience in structuring, executing, and managing syndicated loans;
•    Proficiency in Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation and experience with intercreditor agreements;
•    Experience in the sale and purchase of loan participations on the secondary market is highly desirable;
•    Proficiency in financial analysis, including credit analysis and risk assessment;
•    Strong negotiation skills for structuring deals and collaborating with partners;
•    Ability to build and maintain relationships with banking and non-banking financial institutions, clients, and partners;
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in creating presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders;
•    Strong project management skills for handling complex financing structures and coordinating various parties involved;
•    Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements in syndicated lending;
•    The ability to stay updated on market trends and adapt to changes in the financial industry;
•    Proficiency in English language.
