Job Description

 As a Maintenance Associate, you will support maintenance operations in accordance with the established maintenance program and help ensure the timely delivery of equipment based on operational requirements.

You will work alongside experienced professionals and have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in a dynamic and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance activities in accordance with the company's maintenance program.
• Assist with equipment and tool repairs, inspections, disassembly, cleaning, testing, and reassembly.
• Work closely with Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Accurately record maintenance activities in the company's maintenance management systems.
• Comply with company safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability programs.

Requirements

• Technical education or vocational qualification is considered an advantage.
• Interest in maintenance activities and technical operations.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
• English language knowledge is considered an advantage.
