Your Mission  

Responsible for the internal audit activity, including the development of the annual internal audit plan, ensuring the execution of internal audits in accordance with the plan, and monitoring the implementation of actions defined in the action plans. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

• 
  

  Plan and monitor the production audits 

  
  

• 
  

  Supervise and organize a team of engineers and auditors 

  
  

• 
  

  Participates in IPA (internal process approval) 

  
  

• 
  

  Conducts different analysis  

  
  

• 
  

  Participates in audits and meetings with the client 

  
  

• 
  

  Updates and monitors weekly KPI’s 

  
  

• 
  

  Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere 

  
  

• 
  

  Focused, target driven with a positive attitude

  Motivate and coach the team to operational success

  Manage and develop Quality Process team 

  
  

What You’ll Bring 

• 
  

  University studies – technical 

  
  

• 
  

  Speaks English and Romanian at an advanced level 

  
  

• 
  

  Proficient in Excel 

  
  

• 
  

  Good use of Quality Tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, SPC, Control Plan) 

  
  

• 
  

  Knowledge of FMEA- is considered an advantage 

  
  

• 
  

  ISO / TS 16949- automotive industry- good knowledge 

  
  

• 
  

  Open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic 

  
  

• 
  

  Used to working in a fast moving environment, with tight deadlines and a flexible approach
