Masterdata Senior Analyst (Temporary position)

• Creating / Mantaining Vendors in company code and purchasing organization


• Creating / Mantaining Customers in company code and Sales Organization


• Employee and vendor-employee bank adding/changing and releasing


• Business Support regarding SAP process issues


• Running monthly reports related to Supply Chain Management & Global Sourcing & Procurement


• Responsible for looking at new methodologies and improvements for existing processes.


• GTS Module (Global Trade Services) responsabilities - Releasing blocked business partners, various blocked documents, purchasing documents, billing documents, delivery documents, sales documents.


• Reporting especially for Vendor and Customer creation or modification both for internal and external audits.


• Maintenance of SAP steering tables


• Responsible for taking over ad-hoc tasks within the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or any other relevant field


• Specific technical knowledge and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Master data, Supply Chain Management.


• Expertise in SAP is required (MM, PP, SD modules)


• Advanced level of MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)


• Fluency in English (min B2 level)
