MuleSoft Support Engineer / MuleSoft Specialist

hort Role Description:
The MuleSoft Support Engineer will provide Level 2 operational and technical support for MuleSoft integrations and APIs. Responsibilities include monitoring integration flows, troubleshooting incidents, performing root-cause analysis, implementing minor fixes and enhancements, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and service continuity.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform


• Experience with Mule applications, APIs and integration flows


• Knowledge of Anypoint Studio, API Manager and Runtime Manager


• Good understanding of REST and SOAP web services


• Experience with DataWeave, JSON and XML


• Knowledge of API-led connectivity and integration patterns


• Experience troubleshooting application, API and connectivity issues


• Familiarity with log analysis and monitoring tools


• Basic knowledge of Java, SQL and relational databases


• Experience with Git and CI/CD processes


• Understanding of incident, problem and change management processes


• Familiarity with ITIL-based support environments


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills


• Good English communication skills


• Ability to work independently and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams

Nice to Have:

• MuleSoft Developer or Integration Associate certification


• Knowledge of authentication technologies such as OAuth 2.0, JWT and TLS


• Previous experience in Level 2 application or integration support


• German Language
