Network & Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Network & Systems Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team. If you are passionate about networking, systems administration, and solving technical challenges in an enterprise environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will do:

• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware and Proxmox).

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless).

• Monitor, patch, back up, and maintain Windows servers; Linux administration is a plus.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, server, and network connectivity issues.

• Maintain structured cabling, telecom, and remote access infrastructure.

• Support system performance, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on infrastructure projects and escalations.

• Manage IT requests through GLPI while ensuring SLA compliance.

• Deliver timely and professional technical support to internal users.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network and Systems Administration.

• Good knowledge of networking, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting and analysis.

• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell.

• Experience with VMware and/or Proxmox virtualization.

• Linux administration (nice to have).

• Knowledge of backup solutions, network security, and infrastructure monitoring.

• English proficiency (minimum B2); French (A2–B1) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset.
