Department: People

Reporting line: VP, People & Talent Business Partner

Contract type: Fixed-term (12 months)

Way of working: Hybrid 2 days in office

Location: Romania, Bucharest

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented People Administrator (EMEA) to support employee lifecycle activities and regional operations across multiple countries.

This role plays a critical connector function, ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience across a remote and geographically dispersed workforce. It combines operational execution with ownership of key employee experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Administration

  • Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle support (onboarding, offboarding, documentation, data updates)
  • Provide administrative support to leadership
  • Benefits administration, and vendor coordination

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Lead programs such as birthdays, service anniversaries, gifting, and onboarding kits, holidays, etc.
  • Support engagement initiatives for a remote-first population, strengthening connection and visibility
  • Support All-Hands coordination and internal communications
  • Enable alignment across countries and stakeholders

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Manage PR/PO processes in Oracle Fusion
  • Track invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Coordinate vendors, service providers, and landlords

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or adjacent fields
  • Advanced command of English - speaking, writing & listening
  • Experience in administration, HR operations, or office management
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook); ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) – advantage
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, global environment
