Your tasks:

• Track/ communicate order lead times limits towards sales for offers

• Maintain factory calendar including all special events (closing days, supplier holidays, audits, maintenance)

• Track daily progress and deviation

• Lead meeting routines incl. Shopfloor management and daily meetings

• Escalation towards department heads and GM in case of deviation

• Create sales/ customer communication in case of deviations

• Create KPI/ overview for Division (FC, Budget) and weekly management meeting

• Leading the overall order planning process and creating milestone targets per unit and department

• Align/ guide department individual scheduling process by defining rules

• Transparent overview regarding missing OI and escalate in time before reaching lead time limit

• Communicate special customer requirements and non-standard agreements

• Define priorities in case of conflicts

• Clarify/ define/ claim counter measures in case of deviations to reach the best factory output and customer satisfaction

Your profile:

• Professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology

• Analytical, planning and holistic thinking skills with a structured way of working, good technical understanding

• Very good knowledge of SAP/R3 and standard PC programs

• High level of commitment, high flexibility and independence, sense of responsibility and reliability

• Strong communication, assertive, proactive, not afraid of conflict

• Foreign language skills in English desirable
