Product Costing Team Lead with Russian

By being part of this team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, in a hybrid model based in our Bucharest office.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Coordinate and monitor Product Costing activities to ensure: Accuracy of cost calculations and postings, Timely completion of daily, monthly, and quarterly deliverables, Compliance with accounting standards and agreed SLAs

• Manage and support a team of 3 Product Costing team members, providing daily guidance, workload coordination, and issue resolution.

• Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates, clarifications, and financial insights

• Calculate, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Product Costing activities, supporting performance management and continuous improvement

• Perform checks on SOX controls applicable to the Product Costing process and ensure full compliance with internal control requirements

• Identify, propose, and drive process improvement initiatives, aligning them with business priorities, customer expectations, and standardization goals

• Drive standardization and productivity improvements across Product Costing operations

• Actively participate in and facilitate meetings, presentations, and project calls, including regular collaboration with the other Product Costing teams, to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for process and people related escalations

• Collaborate with other departments and Extended Management (EM) by collecting, analyzing, and providing relevant financial and costing information

• Liaise with the technical team by: Raising system related issues, Providing required data and documentation,

• Supporting system testing activities, actively following up on open tickets until resolution
