Production Planner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares the delivery plan requested by the customer, the internal production execution plan, and deliveries, taking into account the achievement of the monthly sales target, in close cooperation with material planning;
• Calculates the capacity of the production line;
• Fulfills the customers’ requests and ensures the availability of materials using the maximum capacity of the equipment/tools and of personnel;

•Prepares and provides information, analyses, and explanations related to the planning process whenever needed;
• Identifies sources of problems related to production planning and scheduling and takes immediate actions to escalate or finds solutions to ensure the supply chain process continuity;
• Ensures that the correct stock parameters are set in the system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge and experience of Production Planning minimum three years;
• Organized, with capacity to have an overview of the production;
• English language upper level, German is an advantage;
• Advanced user of Excel and SAP
• Good planning and organizing skills;
• Proactive and positive attitude;
• Result oriented.
