• Lead and support a team of Production Test Engineers, with strong hands-on involvement in technical activities
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain automated production test systems for hardware products
• Take ownership of production test solutions (FCT, End-of-Line) across manufacturing environments
• Work closely with contract manufacturers to deploy, debug, and optimize test systems on production lines
• Support new product introduction by defining and implementing test strategies and ensuring test readiness
• Perform and lead root-cause analysis for production test failures and drive corrective actions
• Improve test coverage, yield, and efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute directly to test application development and sustaining activities
• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and maintainability of test solutions

• 7+ years of experience in production test development or manufacturing test engineering
• Proven hands-on experience with:
  • LabVIEW
  • TestStand
• Experience with:
  • FCT (Functional Test)
  • End-of-Line testing systems
  • Understanding about ICT (In-Circuit Test), AOI (Optical inspection)
• Strong experience in electronics manufacturing environments
• Experience in:
  • developing or owning production test systems
  • test fixture design and test equipment integration into MES/shop floor systems
• Practical experience with:
  • debugging hardware issues (PCBA level is a plus)
  • understanding electronics HW enough for PCBA level debugging
  • failure analysis and yield improvement
• Experience supporting:
  • NPI (New Product Introduction) and production ramp-up
• Ability to work directly with manufacturing partners / contract manufacturer

• Experience leading or mentoring engineers is a plus
• Ability to coordinate activities and support team development
• Strong problem-solving mindset and practical, hands-on approach
• Good communication skills for working with cross-functional and global teams

• Telecom product experience
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
• Boundary scan testing
• Embedded software test development (e.g.Linux, C/C++)
