QA Specialist

Purolite, an Ecolab company and a global leader in resin-based separation and purification technologies, is seeking a QA Specialist to join our team in Victoria, Brașov.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the highest quality standards across our operations, supporting industries such as pharmaceuticals and life sciences. Join us in driving innovation and delivering technologies that make the world cleaner, safer, and healthier.

What you will do: 

• Planning and implementing quality management systems.
• Monitoring and evaluating process performance to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues.
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and operational standards.
• Collaborating with production teams to continuously improve processes and reduce defects.
• Communicating all deviations and nonconformities to plant management and senior leadership, as required.
• Providing support, as needed, in all QA department activities.
• Performing other reasonable tasks assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager / Quality Manager.

What you'll need:

• Degree in Chemical engineering,  Chemistry, Biochemistry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the chemical industry
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in quality management systems
