TA & Ops Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to join our People team.

The primary focus of this role is Talent Acquisition. You’ll own recruitment across the company, with a particular emphasis on helping us identify, attract and hire exceptional talent in Romania.

This is a highly hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys sourcing candidates directly, building relationships, solving difficult hiring challenges and keeping recruitment moving quickly, while being equally comfortable taking ownership of operational People tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on hiring and building local talent pipelines.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through local platforms, communities, referrals and other relevant channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, shape interview processes and advise on the talent market, candidate availability and compensation expectations.
• Manage the full candidate journey from initial outreach and interviews through offers and closing, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles and recruit internationally when needed.
• Track recruitment performance and continuously improve hiring quality, speed and conversion.
• Own and improve key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation and HR administration.
• Maintain accurate People records and systems, and coordinate with EOR and external employment partners where required.
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day People topics and contribute to performance, development, compensation and benefits initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in TA/Recruitment, ideally combined with exposure to People Operations or generalist HR.
• Strong knowledge of the Romanian talent market, including sourcing channels, candidate expectations and hiring practices.
• A proven track record of proactively sourcing and successfully hiring talent in Romania.
• Proven experience managing volume hiring while maintaining hiring quality and candidate experience.
• Experience owning end-to-end recruitment, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers and closing.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering directly with hiring managers.Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Currently based in Romania.
