This is more than a job. It's a chance to build, grow, and make a real impact! Join our team as our new Renewal Specialist! The Renewal Specialist II is responsible for managing and executing end‑to‑end subscription renewals for a defined portfolio of mid‑to-high complexity contracts. This role focuses on driving on‑time renewals, mitigating churn risk, and supporting recurring revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, accurate forecasting, and collaboration with Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.

This role operates with minimal supervision, handles escalations and non‑standard renewal scenarios, and serves as a subject‑matter expert for renewal processes, tools, and policies.

Location: Axway Romania, Bucharest

Calea Serban Voda, no.133, 4th District

Employees work in a hybrid mode 2 days per week in the office









Responsibilities






  • Own the full renewal lifecycle, including outreach, pricing validation, contract preparation, negotiation support, and order execution
  • Manage moderate to complex renewals, including multi‑year deals, upsells, co‑terms, and custom commercial terms
  • Ensure renewals comply with company policies, approval frameworks, and revenue recognition standards
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline data in CRM
  • Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks, including usage, satisfaction, and competitive factors
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of renewal processes, templates, and best practices
  • Serve as a trusted contact with professional and solution-oriented communication
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align renewal strategies with account plans

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in subscription renewals, sales operations, customer success, or related roles
  • Experience managing SaaS or recurring‑revenue contracts
  • Strong understanding of subscription models, pricing, and contract terms
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
